ince 1997, Banca Carige asked for, and obtained, ratings from the most important international rating companies: Moody's, Standard & Poor's and IBCA (now Fitch Ratings), with the addition of DBRS Morningstar in July 2021.
On 22 September 2015 Standard & Poor's, upon request of Carige, withdrew the ratings assigned to the Bank (which, as at that date, were respectively 'B-' for Long-Term and 'C' for Short Term, with Stable Outlook).
On 3 November 2021 Fitch Ratings, upon request of Carige, withdrew the ratings assigned to the Bank (which, as at that date, were respectively 'B-' for Long-Term and 'B' for Short Term, with Negative Outlook).
