Carige Shares

The Banca Carige SpA share has been listed on the Mercato Telematico Italiano Azionario or MTA - a screen-based stock exchange organized and operated by the Italian Stock Exchange - since 17 January 1995. The Bank's share capital consists of 1.790.392.430 shares with a face value of 1 euro, including 1.787.838.212 ordinary shares and 2.554.218 convertible savings shares. Savings shares, introduced in the second half of 2002, are freely convertible by the methods specified in art. 35 of the company's statute. Savings shares are granted an addition to the dividends payable to ordinary shares, equal to 2% of their face value. Savings shares have been listed on the Mercato Telematico Italiano Azionario - MTA, a screen-based stock exchange, since 4 December 2002.
The trend in dividends per share corresponding to the years 1995 through 2004 has been reconstructed taking into account conversion of share capital into the euro and its breakdown.
The dividend per share for the year 2010 is:
- 0,07 euro per ordinary share
- 0,09 per savings share
