The Board of Directors of Banca Carige SpA, at its meeting on 11.09.2010, approved the text of the new company policy regarding related party transactions, in which are identified procedures to ensure transparency and procedural fairness of transactions with related parties, in accordance with the provisions of "Regulations on provisions relating to transactions with related parties", adopted by Consob with resolution no 17221 of 12 March 2010 and subsequent amendments and additions.

During the meeting held on 20 March 2006, Banca Carige S.p.A.'s Board of Directors finally approved the Code of Conduct pertaining to Internal Dealing transactions in accordance with the legislation envisaged by the Finance Consolidation Act (Italian Legislative Decree No. 58/1998) and the Issuers' Regulations (CONSOB 11971/1999).
